Construction : Frame-corners mitred joints- MIG welding Shutter-corners mitred joints-MIG welding.

Assembly : Frame and shutters are assembled by using S.S 304.  Pin Hinges, S.S hookes and S.S stays.

Finish :Esdee Double Pack Epoxy primer  coating.

Glass : Provision made for fixing glass at site by providing 10*10 mm aluminium C Channel beading with windows.
