For grills ; custom designed and sized grill will be undertaken. Frame and shutters ; built with mitered joints, Mig welding and corners. Both double and single shutters are assembled by using SS 304, SS butt hinges, SS hook and eye, SS stays. Adjustable telescopic stays are provided. Pure polyester (UV protected) powder according to desired color, zinc brown primer coating. Provisions for fixing glass at the size by providing 10*10 Aluminium C-channel, without glass. For fixing; conventional clamps and horns and anchoring with Hilti screws connecting to the walls.
