Shutter :  50x20 , 60x25, 75x25 mm

Material : 12 mm TATA Galvano steel sheet. With 120 Gsm. zinc coating prevent rusting.

Grill : Round Rod, Square Rod, Square Tube (SS & MS) Custom design & size grill will be under taken.

Construction : Frame-corners mitred joints- MIG welding Shutter-corners mitred joints-MIG welding.

Assembly : Frame and shutters are assembled by using S.S 304. But hinges with Screw, Pin Hinges, S.S hookes and S.S stays. Adjustable / telescopic stays provided (optional)

Finish : Pure polyster (UV protected) powder coating and Esdee Double Pack Brown Epoxy primer  coating.

Glass : Provision made for fixing glass at site by providing 10*10 mm aluminium C Channel beading with windows.

Fixing Methods : 1) Conventional clamps and Horn concreting to the walls

                              2) Anchoring with HILTI screws
